Granular

The terminal for everybody

Screenshot of Granular

Granular is a native macOS app that turns the terminal into a chat-driven workspace: you describe goals in plain English and AI agents do real work in real terminals on your Mac, with a built-in live preview and docs pane. It orchestrates agents via sessions and projects, and lets you promote a session to a 'boss' agent that delegates tasks to worker agents running in parallel, each in its own isolated copy of the project. Branch sessions use git worktrees so experiments stay isolated until merged, and an encrypted Vault injects secrets as environment variables. It is local-first — files stay on your Mac — and connects to your own Claude or Codex login or optional hosted models.
